"Farquhar actually could have been called up to the big leagues in 2009 if the Blue Jays were contending for a playoff spot. So I imagine he has a pretty good chance to make it there in 2010. He has several arm angles which makes him tough to read, but it also messes with his command so he'll need to work on that."
