Pitching mechanics are possibly the most debatable aspect of the baseball world, and every scout, coach, and fan will have a different opinion on every pitcher. On that note, Kyle Boddy of Driveline Mechanics takes a look at the mechanics of Kansas City Royals left-handed pitcher Danny Duffy.
Duffy is one of these pitchers whose mechanics makes traditional scouts cringe, but his results are undeniable. The Royals are trying to simply smooth things out rather than completely overhauling his delivery, partly because he has had nothing but success in the minors.
Duffy will be in Royals Spring Training this season.
