His season may have ended in July last season, but Twins catching prospect Wilson Ramos is having a strong second season in the Venezuelan Winter League, hitting 12 homers in 52 games, reports Phil Miller for Baseball America. Ramos may start 2010 back in Double-A where his 2009 season was cut short, especially because the Twins are in no hurry to rush Ramos to the majors with AL MVP Joe Mauer sitting comfortably behind the plate for the time being.
