Link: Phillies Sign Dominican Righty, Close to OF from Taiwan?

The Philadelphia Phillies have signed 6'6" RHP Miguel Nunez out of the Dominican Republic for $220,000, reports Paul Hagen of Philly.com.  There had also been reports that the Phillies were close to a deal with Chia-Jung Lee, a 21-year old OF from Taiwan, but no deal has been reached.
